About us
An independent publication about dream translation — no predictions, no paid readings, nothing for sale.
We publish guides about reading dreams: what the recurring images usually track, how the dream types differ, what the feeling in a dream tells you, and how to keep a journal that is actually worth keeping. Every guide is researched and written by our editorial team, reviewed on a schedule, and published with the date of its last review — including when the review changed nothing.
Where our claims come from. Dream interpretation sits across two very different bodies of knowledge, and most sites blur them. Sleep research can tell you what happens in REM sleep, how recall works, how often people report a falling dream, and what helps with nightmares. Tradition — psychoanalytic, cultural, folk — offers vocabulary for what images mean, and none of it is testable. Both are useful. We label which one we are drawing on, in the paragraph where we draw on it.
How we pay for it. We build websites for sleep, wellness and content brands. That work is completely separate from the editorial side, and no client is named in a guide.
What we do not do. We do not sell readings, we do not run a paid interpretation service, and we do not claim that a dream can tell you what is going to happen. Any site that offers both a prophecy and a checkout page is selling the checkout page.
This is not therapy. Our guides describe general practice. Recurring nightmares, dreams that replay a traumatic event, or sleep that leaves you exhausted belong with a doctor or a therapist, and we say so in the guides rather than offering you another symbol.
Corrections. If something here is wrong or out of date, write to us and we will fix it and re-date the guide. Corrections are made in the text, not quietly.
