What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
What we collect. Only what a form asks for. For a dream translation: name, email, the type of dream, and optionally how it felt, how often it recurs and the description you write. For a website enquiry: name, email, project type, budget range, timeline, and optionally company, phone and a brief. We also store the page the form was sent from, your IP address and your browser user-agent string, to catch automated abuse.
A note on what you tell us about a dream. Describe the dream in everyday terms. Please do not send us a diagnosis, medication list, therapy notes or any other health record — we are not a clinical service, we are not set up to hold that kind of data, and we do not need it to answer you.
Why. To reply to you. Nothing more.
What we never do. We never publish the dreams you send us, never use them as examples without asking, and never sell or pass your details to anyone.
Analytics and cookies. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves the device.
How long we keep it. Submissions are kept for as long as the enquiry is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.
Your rights. Write to us to see a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We act on deletion requests within 30 days.
Third parties. Our hosting provider processes the request data needed to serve pages. If a form notification is routed to an internal chat tool, the fields you submitted pass through that provider.
